This year of 5787 begins on Shabbos, and ends on Shabbos. A whole year with space built in at both ends.
Shabbat is the day when G-d invites us to step away from weekday demands and make space for family, G-d, rest from the mundane, and be present for each other.
Join us at Chabad as we welcome the New Year by "Making Space" with services, Yom Tov meals, apples and honey, and Shofar on Sunday.
It is the perfect way to begin the new year… together.
You can come for one part or join us for everything. No previous experience is needed.
1. RSVP
With G-d’s help, we’re preparing for a full house. To make space for everyone, please let us know what you’re coming to. Your RSVP helps us welcome every person with warmth and care.
2. Invite Someone
You probably know someone who doesn’t have a place to go. Maybe they’re unsure. Maybe they’re waiting for someone to ask. Send them the link. Let them know they have a seat. That one invitation might be what brings them in.
3. Share a Personal Prayer
This Rosh Hashanah, we’re inviting you to send a short personal prayer to be held on the bimah during the sounding of the shofar.
Prayers for healing. For clarity. For children. For peace. For whatever you’re holding this year.
We’ll print them, gather them, and hold them close during that moment - all of us praying for each other, together.
Please take a moment to fill out the RSVP form below.
We’re looking forward to sharing these days with you.
